Description

Ratna, an only daughter, is dispelled from home after her love marriage. Finally after a gap of 15-16 years she is called back, as her father is in coma. In his will, father has left a share for his daughter, which her three brothers don’t want to divide with her. Entire family is in distress due to father’s ill health. While the brothers are concerned about their packed schedule and financial issues in work, it is the daughter who is really anxious about her father.
It is due to her parents’ upbringing that she has a lot of concern about the detrimental impact which man’s activities have been having on the environment around her.
Through her these worries a successful attempt is being made to introduce the readers about the necessity to protect our environment.
In addition, this novel also depicts the growing rift between families with the changing circumstances. That even after being brought up in a healthy environment, a man due to his own self interest forgets that upbringing and starts looking at life with a materialistic point of view. But in this rat race, there is someone who is trying to understand the true meaning of existence. It is that person who deserves to be called a human in true sense and will be bestowed with the real green treasure by nature.
